One way Scout's first day of school was similar to mine was that the teachers were not easy to get along with. Also the first day is hard because there is a new teacher and you don't know anyone. Last is that it's hard not to communicate with an older sibling who goes to the same school.

One way that it is different is that I didn't know as much as Scout. I didn't know how to read or write as much as she did. I also did't have someone teaching me before school or reading lots of books before school. Last is that I didn't embarrass the teacher on the first day. This is how Scout and me are different.
